Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization code.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn fashion items with all original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier point across Poland.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
